If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days for an exchange*. Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Refunds for any returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product, not the shipping cost. If we ship an incorrect product or the item is faulty, we will replace the item with out any additional shipping charges. Items that are personalised as per order cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged in any way, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you. Although we are not liable for any items lost or damaged, we cant help you if you don't let us know!
*IMPORTANT No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as candles, etc. Items personalised as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned. NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalogue do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. We are happy to arrange a replacement item or a full refund where the item has been damaged during postage.
If your item is too large to fit in your letter box and you are not home, the courier driver will leave a card notifying that they attempted to deliver your order. You will then need to collect your parcel from their depot or your local post office. We will not be responsible for misplaced or stolen orders left at your premises under this arrangement.
If your item is too large to fit in your mailbox, we do highly recommend requesting a signature on delivery. Stunning celebrations is not liable for items that are marked as delivered- yet have not been received. If you wish to have your item sent registered or would like to request signature on delivery, please leave a comment at time of payment.
We will always try to get your ordered items to you as quickly as possible. However, if we do not have your ordered items in stock we may need to ship the product(s) from overseas. This may delay delivery of your order by up to four weeks. If this is the case we will immediately contact you on receipt of your order to advise the actual delivery date.
In most cases, yes! We ask you to email us first to ensure we can meet your timeframe. There may occasionally be additional charges involved- usually no more than an extra $10 per order
After we have received your order, we will contact you via email to arrange the finer details of your personalisation. In most cases, the boxes are provided for you at time of ordering.
Stunning Celebrations offers several payment options for your convenience. We offer Visa and MasterCard credit card payments, as well as payments through Paypal. Direct bank deposits are accepted when done via paypal. We strongly recommend paying via paypal as covers both you and us, its also immediate which makes processing your order a whole lot quicker. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment has cleared, so paying by echeque can slow the process down.
All transactions conducted on our website are completely secure. Our website uses SSL certified to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. We do not hold on to your credit card details or any form of payment information after your payment has benn processed.
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars.
We are aware that sometimes there are circumstances where contact can be difficult. If you are going to be out of town or unable to contact us, please endeavor to communicate with us as soon as possible, even if it is prior to auction ending. If we are unable to achieve contact with you within 5 days of winning the auction, we do reserve the right to re list the item.
If you are purchasing an item that requires personalisation or style/color selection, we will send you an email requesting information. We ask that response times are kept to a minimum as we want you to get your products as quick as possible. We will always confirm all orders with you prior to processing as mistakes on personalised items (unless it is clearly our mistake) are not refundable.
